Kim's Background
Kim Lucas, a true Southern Girl, was born in Kentucky, raised in South Carolina, schooled in Tennessee and Georgia. She is a natural and professional matchmaker, holds a Master’s Degree in Measurement and Human Differences, and is certified in a myriad of personality and other types of assessments. She created, owned and managed a professional assessment firm, Assessment Plus, for nearly twenty years. In short, Kim excels at listening, problem solving, negotiating, and helping people - qualities that make her an outstanding real estate agent.
Kim Lucas has Broad Experience in Real Estate
Kim has held a real estate license since 2003, but has bought and sold real estate for investment purposes for thirty years. Real estate is obviously in her blood – her late mother was a top Coldwell Banker Realtor in S.C. Her passion for St. Croix is contagious and her prior “investigative” experience enables her to provide her clients with a broad perspective on the real estate market here. She initially began her career in real estate as an exclusive buyer’s agent and property manager, and naturally does well working with Buyers. Her experience as a property manager and her penchant for investment property also make her a good match for buyers considering investment property.

Kim Lucas is the realtor that I have been chatting with, and when I went through her listings she has the best selection I have seen. She is someone whom I believe you would like.
