This small, horseshoe shaped complex has some of the lowest condo fees on the island. The large pool and sunning patio sits in the center of the complex, and all the units have a large porch or balcony from which to enjoy the sea view and excellent breezes. If you're a social person, this is perfect spot! I still have the lowest priced one bedroom unit for sale there (10-2041), and it's also the nicest, in my opinion! I can't believe it's still available - for $129,000!
And Coldwell Banker has a really cute remodeled two bedroom two bath for sale there for only $172,000 (MLS 11-1202)! What a steal!!!
 Now if you prefer to NOT look at your neighbors, but prefer to look at the waves rolling in, you will want to check out this newly remodeled and fully furnished unit at Granada Del Mar for $179,000. Everything in this unit has been re-done - and done well. Top of the line split AC's in every room, super nice kitchen and baths, and great furniture package make this a great buy! This one is not listed yet (so contact me), but the owner is VERY motivated and if you can jump on it before we start the advertising, the owner will save in commission and you can benefit from that!! I might also add that this complex is really getting a face lift, and many of the units there are being very nicely remodeled. So I think a purchase at Granada is now a good investment.
